I’m Sharon. I’ve spent the past 15 years working across mortgage operations, compliance, quality assurance and adviser training. I know how much there is to get to grips with when you’re starting out.
I created BeYOND the Qualification Academy to give people a structured place to explore mortgage advice, understand the everyday work and ask for guidance—whether they’re considering the career, studying CeMAP or already qualified.
The academy complements your firm or network’s training and supervision. Its completion certificate is separate from Competent Adviser Status (CAS), which remains subject to your firm or network’s process.
The next intake starts on 18 November 2026. The programme combines independent learning with weekly live sessions and practical tasks.
Tell Sharon where you are in your journey and what support you’re looking for. You can discuss whether the academy fits your plans before enrolling.
Enquiring does not commit you to a place or payment.
